spicing up Scandinavian design

Inspired in its simplicity by the lines of mid-century Scandinavian furniture and taking its shape from the Acapulco Chair, the Agave Chair is bound to be a hit with the devotees of both Mexican and Scandinavian design.

Made of oak and wicker, the chair is solid and comfortable.  Perhaps best suited for a covered space such as a veranda, I can also see this chair sitting pretty as a dining chair or even as an occasional chair in an interior whose aesthetic tends more towards Diane von Furstenberg rather than Jill Sander (although Jill would probably LOVE it as well!).
The chair can be ordered through Mexico City’s Popalipana Etsy’s storefront.
