Sometimes finding the best antique or vintage piece to fit a space and budget is quite a challenge. Sometimes you need to look for something slightly closer in time.
Recently I got this lovely side table for a client made by Pearson Furniture from High Point, North Carolina. While it is certainly inspired by the glamour of Art Deco with its gilt metal frame finished on elegant ball feet and fitted with 3 black, back painted glass shelves, it works well in traditional, transitional and modern interiors. So whether next to a Louis XV bergère, a Poul Kjaerholm chaise or a Ron Arad 1981 Rover chair, this little baby kicks trasero!
