My 5 favorite gardens in France

It is no surprise that the loveliest gardens in France are part of large Chateaux or grand Estates.¬† And today‚Äôs feature takes you from the medieval gardens of Ch√Ęteau Gourdon, on to the 16th century castle of Chenonceau, through the 17thcentury castles of Ballue and Vaux-le-Vicomte and on to the Belle √Čpoque20th century villa of the French Rothschilds in Cap Ferrat. ¬†So see, not all of¬†me is modern and severe … I do have a¬†romantic¬†side to my aesthetic … however tiny!!!
