We take salt and pepper for granted, not giving a second thought to these dietary staples we use everyday.  But who really knows the history and how we came to rely on them to bring spice to our lives?  Follow me over to Modenus where today I’m penning a feature exploring just that, inspired by a trip to the NYC studio of designer Michael Aram.  His salt and pepper shakers just might get people talking at your next dinner party!
