Last weekend I took a road trip to check-out the antique shops in Hudson, New York. I say “antique shops”, but the 200-year old town is also about the array of midcentury dealers and decoration emporiums that shadow these antique stores along Warren Street. It’s a glorious thing to do on a perfect summer day if you want to take a break from the bustling city and still do what you love.
From a lovely set of banded agates to a handsome group of granite and brass nesting tables, I found some great finds that lucky for my wallet, did not fit into my rented tiny Fiat 500. Come with me to Modenus, where as my monthly contribution, I talk about one great weekend trip you too can replicate!
